We are actively developing educational opportunities and scholarships that allow us to invest in the next generation of talent. This includes partnering with local institutions, such as Mohave Community College and the University of Arizona.

For those just getting their start, Antler will identify promising early-career employees and support their education to learn these vital skills and trades so that they can advance in their careers. This will involve internships, secondments, and employment agreements for committed students.
Educational scholarships for skilled trades looking to break into the mining industry, such as electricians, mechanics, heavy equipment operators and skilled fabricators.
