We’re not only analyzing every design and sustainability detail; we’re also strategically investing in Mohave County communities because northwestern Arizona won’t just be where we work, it’s our home.

In fact, we will invest nearly $300 million upfront to build the project, creating a strong foundation for the region. Once operations begin, the taxes generated by the project will help fund school and essential county services.

It’s important not only to create jobs but to make them pay well enough to support a family. A majority of Antler jobs will generate income equal to 2X the County’s average household income.

Majority of the project workforce (~300) will come from within 40 miles of the project site. This includes:

  • Kingman
  • Bullhead City
  • Lake Havasu City
  • Fort Mohave

The Antler Project will support and grow the local economy by providing $30 million annually in wages. We’re trying to keep wages directly in the community, focusing on:

WORKFORCE TRAINING: We will train employees on cutting-edge underground mining techniques, using state-of-the-art equipment.

EDUCATION AND SCHOLARSHIPS: A local workforce is the centerpiece of our operation and we will prioritize the upskilling of candidates through scholarships with local and Arizona-based education institutions and service providers for skills in electrical, mechanical, fabrication, and heavy equipment operation. These skills are hard to find and we want to provide the opportunities to grow future employees organically to be long-term members of our team.

SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT: We will also prioritize local suppliers for transportation, fuel, cement, earthworks services, and other materials and supplies that will support our daily operations.
