RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT
We integrate Tribal feedback into mine designs to address concerns around water, air quality, wildlife, and cultural resources.
Our approach prioritizes preserving natural and cultural resources in collaboration with Tribal governments, adhering to rigorous regulatory reviews like those required by the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106 and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

Antler is committed to creating economic opportunities, including employment, apprenticeships, scholarships, and procurement agreements with Tribal-owned businesses.
We support initiatives like Tribal youth education, language preservation, and cultural heritage programs to strengthen long-term community prosperity.

CULTURAL PRESERVATION
Guided by a commitment to responsible mine planning, thorough regulatory reviews, and innovative technologies, we strive to practice environmental stewardship while supporting the nation’s clean energy and national security goals.
Since 2020, we have collected critical environmental and cultural baseline data, sharing it with Tribes and regulatory agencies to support an informed permitting process. We are committed to continuing engagement during operations as we strive to keep members informed and also create a forum for continuous feedback on ways that Antler can make positive changes to the process.
